Verv are Incomparable!
We purchased an investment property in Campbell 5 and spoke with three local agents before deciding on Charlie Evans. After meeting with Charlie, the decision was easy as from the onset, we were incredibly impressed with her professionalism and can do attitude. In the middle of lockdown, Charlie found us a wonderful tenant and has managed our rental property ever since. From the tenant screening and selection process through to the financial management and accurate reports, our experience has been top class. Our tenant has recently vacated and we were initially concerned that our apartment may remain vacant for a period of time. However, Charlie was on top of this and had a new tenant sorted even before the old one moved out! Charlies availability and responsiveness to our phone calls and emails is first rate.
